Held in the evening starting at 6:00 PM, this activity takes place in a traditional and welcoming setting where you’ll learn directly from our Dominican chef, who will guide you step by step in preparing a true Creole meal: Creole-style fish, plantains, cassava, and Dominican rice, all cooked using the techniques and flavors found in Caribbean homes.

This experience does not include a separate guide—the interaction is entirely direct with the chef, making it as genuine and immersive as possible. For this reason, basic Spanish skills are recommended for smooth communication. If needed, a Tropical Evasion assistant can join you to help with translation; this service is available upon request and comes with an additional fee.
