The bean-to-bar chocolate workshop is a fascinating experience for adults and teenagers to learn the secrets of chocolate making and its ancient history. In this workshop, you will learn in a practical way how cocoa is grown and processed to obtain chocolate.

You will be able to observe a cocoa pod and learn what is done in the fields to obtain the cocoa beans. Then get ready to carry out the main stages of chocolate making yourself: you will roast the cocoa, peel it, grind it, and make your own cocoa paste.

While learning about the history of chocolate, you will prepare various cocoa-based drinks and finally make your own chocolate bar to take home. Finally, we will talk about bean to bar and how local cocoa-producing communities live so that we can appreciate all the hard work they do.
