Make your way to the V&A Waterfront Helipad to check in about 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled shared helicopter flight over the city and coast. Receive a safety briefing on arrival and then proceed to the beautiful hangar waiting area to see the operation up close and personal while you wait to board your flight. Climb aboard a helicopter and start your adventure with a beautiful flight along Table Mountain to Hout Bay and back.

Continue over the city to see Cape Town Stadium, one of the venues of the 2010 World Cup. Then, travel down the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, passing Signal Hill, Camps Bay and Clifton Beach along the way. Get bird’s eye views of the luxury homes, and marvel at the mountains of the Twelve Apostles. Listen to informative commentary from your pilot as you discover some of Cape Town’s most iconic landmarks from the air.

After your flight collect your complimentary Boat Tour ticket from a member at our Check-In desk. This allows you to enjoy a Boat Tour in the V&A Waterfront. Vouchers are valid for 7 days from your flight date and not refundable for cash. A member of our team can assist with booking and more details. The scheduled tours depart from our sister company Cape Town Cruises.

On the day of the flight the guest will need to present their Ticket to the staff at the check-in counter. After Check-In, the guest will receive a safety briefing and issued with a boarding pass.

Please note that each guest will have to undergo a weigh in. (All weights are discreet and will not be announced unless the guest wishes to know)

A valid Original Passport is required upon check-in for all travellers!

Collections are automatically scheduled 30mins prior to your selected Flight time unless contacted by our reservations team. We kindly request guests to wait in the lobby for our driver who will be driving a Cape Town Helicopters Branded vehicle. Please note that the pick-up is complimentary and is not included in the price. We reserve the right to cancel a pick-up due to operational requirements. Please ensure that your Pick-Up location is within our collection radius.
