Start your day with a pickup from your hotel in Cape Town. Head to Somerset West, home of the Cheetah Outreach, a preservation center for cheetahs and other predators. Cheetah Outreach is an educational and community-based program created to raise awareness of the cheetah’s plight and to campaign for its survival.

Enjoy a tour of the facilities and get to know the mission and work of the center. Bond, pet, and take pictures with the cheetahs. Then, head to the Cape Winelands, home to the oldest wines in South Africa. Choose any of the various signature wines, such as Creative Block, 21 Gables, and many more wines to taste, and pair them with chocolate, cheese, or grapes.

A sommelier will briefly introduce the wines and should you wish to know more by visiting the wine cellar, please note that you will have to inform the tour operator 24 hours before the tour start date.
