Sylvain, whose southern accent will take you on a voyage, will welcome you aboard his ship to take you to discover the secret beach of Carrataghju: morning swim, then a little coffee with canistrelli to get you going.

Pull up anchor, sailors! It’s time to discover the Lavezzi & Cavallo Islands, the island of billionaires…

At anchor, Sylvain will serve you a small homemade aperitif accompanied by a genuine island planter: you’ll be telling us all about it!

For lunch, it depends on the season:

In low season: paella with seafood and chicken, followed by fresh fruit salad for dessert.

High season meals: Corsican cheese and charcuterie platters, mixed pasta salad, melon and fresh fruit salad for dessert.

In both cases, lunch will be accompanied by cold drinks: rosé wine, still & sparkling water, local digestif…

Sylvain will then provide you with paddles, swimming French fries and snorkeling masks: take the opportunity to explore the surrounding area, or just relax on the boat… you won’t regret it.

Afterwards, you’ll sail along the coast to Porto Novo, for a final swim and a snack: frappes and Pietra, before returning to port.
