After a historical presentation of the Commanderie de Peyrassol in the heart of the century-old barrel cellar, your guide will introduce you to the terroir of Provence and its specific characteristics as you observe the vineyard landscapes.

Next, discover the winemaking process from the arrival of the grapes to bottling, immersing yourself in our stainless steel cellar dedicated to whites and rosés, then downstairs in our red wine cellar with its concrete vats.

In the historic harvesters’ room, you will then taste five iconic wines from our finest vintages.

Before or after this guided tour, explore the paths of Peyrassol at your leisure with the help of an explanatory booklet and a map to discover the rest of the estate, the works of the Philippe Austruy Collection, the remarkable garden, the vineyards, and the forest.

The art center can only be visited during guided tours.

You can enjoy a meal at Chez Jeannette or at the Bistrot de Lou (booking required, see opening dates).
