Reconnect with nature on a calming, guided forest bathing walk in Dala-Floda, including meditative exercises and homemade coffee.

PRICE: $54
per person

Experience the restorative power of nature with a guided forest bathing walk in the peaceful woodlands of Dala-Floda. Led by Inka Gurung—a certified yoga teacher, mindfulness instructor, and nature guide—this half-day excursion is designed to help you de-stress and reconnect with your senses.

Unlike traditional bathing, forest bathing immerses you in the tranquil atmosphere of the forest. During this slow-paced, meditative walk, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle exercises that awaken your senses and help you be present in the moment. Pause to sit quietly by a tree and simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. After the walk, gather with your group to share homemade coffee and hot drinks, and reflect on the connection between well-being and the forest.

This experience is suitable for all fitness levels (Difficulty Level 1) and welcomes small groups for a personal and supportive atmosphere. A portion of your participation fee supports projects in Nepal, making your walk beneficial for both you and communities abroad. Accommodation is not included, but can be booked separately at Dala-Floda Värdshus.
