Set off on an unforgettable journey into the heart of Puerto Rico’s most iconic natural wonder. Your adventure begins where you choose, with the option to meet your friendly local guide in your own vehicle or take advantage of our optional shuttle service, with pick-up available from Carolina (Walgreens Ave. Fragoso), Luquillo (Walgreens), and Fajardo (Ralph’s Food Warehouse).

Once you arrive at El Yunque Forest, the real adventure begins. After a quick safety orientation and receiving your life vest, you’ll leave the ordinary behind along with anything you don’t want getting wet and step into a world of vibrant greenery, rushing waters, and untamed beauty.

As you hike along jungle trails, your guide will share fascinating stories, legends, and facts about this sacred forest from rare plants and wildlife to the cultural significance of El Yunque in Puerto Rican heritage.

After about 25 minutes of trekking, you’ll reach your first destination: a hidden natural pool tucked deep in the rainforest. Swing from ropes, jump from cliffs of varying heights, or simply soak in the cool, refreshing water.

But the adventure doesn’t end there. Continue your climb to a second, more secluded pool where nature turns into a playground. Here, you’ll slide down smooth volcanic rock into the water a favorite moment for many!

After enjoying both natural pools, you’ll make your way back down the trail to rinse off and celebrate your experience with complimentary snacks and good vibes.
