Course Schedule:

May 21 Session 2: Discover how to assess performance against expectations and provide meaningful feedback when behaviors and goals are misaligned.
June 4 Session 3: Gain insights into team dynamics and learn how to effectively manage workplace drama by recognizing and addressing different social roles.
June 18 Session 4: Develop essential interpersonal skills, including active listening, effective communication techniques, and strategies for giving and receiving constructive feedback.
