The Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami (CCBM), Artistic Director, Eriberto Jimenez, will present its annual Grand Gala Performance “Don Quixote Suite” Featuring Cuban principal dancers with CCBM soloists and corps de ballet. Saturday, May 31 / 8:00 pm. at the Fillmore Miami Beach, with beautiful costumes and score. Based on the famous Cervantes novel of an old man who has lost his grip on reality through too many tales of chivalry and as a knight errant goes out into the world, dreaming of law and justice, but just doomed to be disappointed, ridiculed and swindled. The first half of the performance will also include other famous ballet pieces. The Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami is solely dedicated to the classical ballet repertory, exemplified by the legendary world renowned Cuban ballet tradition and unique to South Florida.
