You’ll walk away with simple, useful tips to help you feel better during perimenopause. We’ll talk about ways to handle symptoms and take care of your health so you can feel your best through the changes.

We will be hosting the event in Carya’s beautiful Village Commons space and the $30 tickets includes your drinks as well as some delicious nibbles.

Here is how the evening will unfold:
6pm to 6:30pm – networking & wine
6:30pm to 7pm – introductions 
7pm – 8pm – fireside chat with Dr. Jenn, with time for interactive discussion
8pm – 9pm – networking and wrap up
