Public transport is the best and easiest way to get to and from the Arena, either by train, underground, bus or cycle. There is no parking available at the Copper Box Arena on game days. The nearest Overground station is Hackney Wick Station (5-minute walk). The nearest Underground station is Stratford Station (15-minute walk). The nearest Train station is Stratford International Station (10-minute walk). The 388 bus runs every 10 minutes between Stratford bus station and Blackfriars station, stopping directly outside the Arena (stops M & N). There are more than 140 cycle racks available outside the Arena, including a Santander Cycles docking station.

You will be required to enter the Arena via the pre-assigned entrance detailed on your ticket. Only sit in the seat assigned to you, as indicated on your ticket. Avoid bringing bags unless absolutely necessary. Any bags larger than A4 size will not be permitted. All bags will be subject to search, which may cause a delay in your entry to the Arena. Umbrellas are not permitted unless they fit into a bag. Please note that Arena operates as a cashless facility. No outside food or drinks are allowed. Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited. Babies in arms policy – Children aged 2 and under are allowed without a ticket. Children aged 3 and over must have a ticket. Buggies can be parked at the VIP entrance. No children under 5 years of age are permitted in Courtside/Baseline seating. All other ticket T&C and Arena regulations must be followed.
