Then, Vivaldi’s jubilant Gloria erupts in a triumphant celebration of resurrection, marked by energized rhythms and soaring vocal lines.
Canon Dr. Maxine Thévenot leads the combined Choirs of the Cathedral of St. John and guest chamber orchestra in an afternoon of soul-stirring music. Featuring mezzo-soprano Sarah Nickerson, baritone Alfredo Beltrán, and organist Edmund Connolly.
