Reach your deepest clarity in this unique sound bath experience. Join in community as we relax into a moment of peace.

Come experience a moment of peace— with all of us.

We are so grateful to gather together and drop in deep at Grace Cathedral for the last time this year.

‘The Sound Healing Symphony’— a collection of the West Coast’s best meditative musicians— are coming together in harmony to bring you closer to your heart.

This is a gathering where over 1,000 of us will drop into our deepest state of meditation, at once. The sounds we play should make that effortless.During the experience, most people lay down, like they are receiving a sonic massage. There will be seated spots available as well!

______

Our symphony is conducted by Guy Douglas, and features an array of amazing & talented musicians on gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, Didgeridoo, Celtic Harp, Monochord, Vibraphone and so much more —

Featuring:

Sarah Glass {vocals}
Destiny Muhammad {harp}
Loriel Starr {Peruvian whistles}
Vladimir Cardema {didgeridoo & Native American Flute}
Dan Neville {vibraphone}
Simona Marie Asinovski {monolina}
Xenia Giolli {gong}
Elizabeth Kimble {crystal bowls}

Karoline Marques {therapy harp}
Erica Nguyễn {gong}

We come together to elucidate your deepest state of clarity, soothe away your worries, and bring you closer to your heart.

______

Sound Meditation (often known as ‘sound healing’) is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort.During the event, participants (mostly laying down) are bathed head to toe in sound— it’s a very hypnotic, ethereal experience.You will come away with a clear mind, and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound. We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just “can’t get there.” Give this a try.

Sound Meditation Presents promotes the practice of using sound as a way to affect physical health and conscious awareness.
