After a year sabbatical studying gastronomy in Italy and working in Spain, Brian will share some of the biggest things he learned.
This past year I did something amazing — I stepped away from Kakao for a year and went to live in Italy, studying at the University of Gastronomic Sciences. Then I moved to Barcelona to work for a sustainable seafood tourism business.
I can’t quantify how much I learned, or even how many life-changing experiences I had. But I am excited to start sharing my experiences with you.
