This 2 hour classes offers hands on learning! Participants will:
- Learn to feed their own starter
- Discover the science of bread using wild yeasts and lactic acid bacterium
- Make a “discard” recipe.
- Practice kneading with a classic sourdough recipe
- Sample fresh out-of-the-oven bread
