We’re thrilled to announce that Italian Wine Merchants will be hosting our Annual Truffle Dinner, a night that celebrates everything we love: rare white truffles from Alba, iconic wines from Italy’s greatest cellars, and a room full of passionate collectors, clients, and friends.

This year’s event will feature a multi-course menu crafted by our top-tier chef, with each dish designed to showcase the luxurious simplicity of freshly shaved truffles. Each course will be paired with hand-selected wines—from aged Barolo and Barbaresco to Brunello, Super Tuscans, and a few surprises we’ll be pulling from deep in the cellar.
