About the Cancer Foundation League (CFL)

Founded in 2002, the Cancer Foundation League is the philanthropic arm of the Louisiana Cancer Foundation. Every dollar raised goes directly to patient support and free cancer screenings – no administrative expenses, just service.

Through the generosity of our sponsors and supporters, we’ve provided:

• Over 6,500 cancer patients with direct financial assistance

• More than 10,700 free cancer screenings across Northeast Louisiana

• Critical resources such as transportation, medication, nutritional support and restorative wear for oncology patients

• Scholarships for cancer survivors and families impacted by cancer
