We embrace and share the values of Consent, Respect, Clarity, Responsiveness, Autonomy, Non-entitlement, and Reset to create a safe container for the community, and ask that participants share these values with us at the event.

Juicy Connection Sensual Dance Healing invites you to explore your experiences within our safe container of games and exercises designed to encourage play, communication, witnessing, and being present with yourself and others.

Students will participate in guided practice with a partner(s) and feel how they are reacting to the exercise, how the partner(s) are reacting to it, and how to work together as a team to build more presence at the moment.

Students will be informed about consent culture building an environment around mutual consent. It respects a person’s decisions and autonomy of their own body and acknowledges that they are the best judge of their wants and needs. Consent is ongoing, meaning it can be withdrawn at any stage and must be freely given.

Students will practice the basics of Authentic Relating. Welcome everything, assume nothing, reveal your experience, own your experience, and honor yourself over anything.

Tantra’s aim is to teach true love and cultivate it within yourself and others around you within a science of energy. Tantra has the ability to transcend all superficialities and facades that cloak modern connection of the heart and assist individuals to reach divine love in the context of life.

Chakras are the sophisticated energy centers of the human being serving as antennas that allow a human being to communicate, coordinate, resonate, and attenuate with the universe and a myriad of universal energies.

Dance is a movement that combines harmony with the rhythm and the result is cooperation. It is a partnership. Here you will increase awareness of verbal and nonverbal communication.

Touch can help relations which are enhanced from communication, which in

turn builds rapport and trust.

Cuddling is known to increase oxytocin, boost the immune system, decrease cortisol and increase connection.

Sensuality is the experience of exploring and embracing sensory pleasures within and enviroment of trust, consent, and clear boundaries.

Trauma Informed trained in understanding the presence of past trauma, its current effects on a client, andn how to us the client’s resiliency to guide them along their path towards solutions-focused growth

Accessibility conscious about physical, mental,emotional , color, race, and gender. We hope to be inclusive in approaches to teaching.

What to expect:

Facilitators Sarita and Tevita will start by invoking prana (Energy) into the Ritual Space with the intention of healing energy, and and preparing our bodies to transmit loving energy. We will then review the agreements of the container,answer any questions, and offer tips on how to manage connections.

During the games and guided activities, the participants will be invited to connect with other participants in a rotational format allowing time, space, and energy to attune to each other’s boundaries, edges and desires.

After the guided portion of the rotation, participants are encouraged to move around the event and participate in authentic relating in a social or jam format.

We will conclude with a closing circle and brief integration.

Who is it for: The invitation is for people who are compassionate and caring and willing to step a little out of their comfort zone to explore energy, attunement, contact, and explore bits of platonic sensuality.

Fascilitators:

Sarita Tessitore: Activator/Ignitor of passion and vitality been a licensed massage therapist and Doula with 30 years experience, who now practices in Phoenix Arizona. She is a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Lactation Educator, Evolving Rebirth Doula whose mystical healing helps people find their true compass. As the founder of Nectar of Aliveness, Sarita assists people in finding their bliss and creativity so they can enjoy more self-love. Sarita enjoys dancing, cooking, and intimacy coaching. As a 3/6 Generator in Human Design with a Sacral Authority is characterized as person who goes thought darkness to shine the light on life and others. As goinng through her Maven years she shares her wisdom to help guide people to find themselves in truly loving thier body. One of the favorite ways to this is through dance and co-regulation of human connection. “Whatever we do on the dance floor is a metaphor for life”.

Tevita Kaukauwa (David “Maha Dave” Mahabali), MS has been involved in health and wellness for 35 years, and currently operates Catalyst Health and Performance as an intuitive somatic healer and coach in the San Francisco Bay Area. He holds a Masters in Curriculum in Leadership, Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, and many other certifications including Reiki Master, Massage Therapist, Athletic Trainer, First Aid CPR Instructor , Somatic Experiencing. Tevita provides and leads trauma informed spaces in emotional support, consent, and life work education. As a 6/4 manifesting generator and Leo/Taurus/Rising he tends to be a natural Daka who contains people in there chaos.
