Join us for Latino’s Night — a fiesta of flavors, music, and paella vibes! Hosted at Expectations Gallery in the Warehouse Arts District (WADA) of St. Pete, this special evening blends the artistry of Chef Taimi and Apululu Latin Street Food with the gallery’s timeless baroque charm. Guests will enjoy a tapas buffet with charcuterie and appetizers while watching our signature paellas come to life — the hearty Cuban Paella with hams, pork, and chorizo, and the flavorful Alicantina Paella with chicken, seafood, and Spanish chorizo. Our live paella cooking adds a fun, interactive twist as someone from the crowd gets to pour the final splash of beer for that signature Apululu touch. A night where art, culture, and cuisine meet in one vibrant, unforgettable experience.
