Accessible Seating: The Centre is fully accessible with elevators and ramps throughout allowing access to both theatres. Wheelchair seating is located on the Orchestra levels. Hearing Devices: A phonic ear system (FM frequency) is available to assist the hearing impaired.

Accessible seating is configured with a 1 to 1 arrangement in the Orchestra. Companion seats are located beside the wheelchair. Additional companion seats may be purchased in sections nearby. Single wheelchair seating with no companion is also available in the Orchestra. The Orchestra level area is completely accessible with entry from the main entrance doors. Elevator access is available from the main lobby to the Elgin Lounge wheelchair accessible washrooms. Depending on show configuration and stage set up, some sections may not be open for all events.
