Join us for an educational Caviar & Wine Pairing & Tasting event at Upchurch Vineyard’s Woodinville tasting room! Chris will be leading the group through a tasting of 4 different kinds of caviar (plated with potato chip, blini, cucumber, and a fresh oyster), paired with Upchurch Grenache Rose, Chenin, Southwest Facing Sauvignon Blanc, and a surprise wine from Chris’s cellar! We will also discuss rules of thumb and various other caviar pairings that can be explored. Come delight your inner foodie and learn something unique!
