3 YEARS OF IGNITE YOUR FLOW

Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart for being a crucial part of Ignite Your Flow! Let’s celebrate this milestone as a commUNITY!

Our celebration is open to EVERYONE even if you have not previously attended one of my classes or events. Whether you haven’t been able to make it to a session yet, we’ve only connected once, or I see you weekly – all are welcome! This is a great opportunity to meet me and experience our vibe as a community

Celebration Flow:

1:00-1:30PM: Arrive + Settle In

1:30-2:00PM: Welcome + Yoga Flow (bring your yoga mat!)

2:00-4:00PM: Support local vendors, enjoy light refreshments, and celebrate 3 years as a community!

First 15 people to arrive and check in with me will receive a small gift

This year we will have a few local vendors including Henna and Chair Massages!
