Join the class for lefse making tips, and practices that will have you mixing, rolling and frying your own lefse in no time
In this class we will talk through the recipe from mixing, to rolling, frying and storing. We will go through the equipment and why it’s important. I will have a tips sheet, a Q & A and if anyone is will some practicing rolling. Of course we will have some tasting and talk about holiday traditions as well.
