Free Pre-Turkey Day Sound Healing at YogaSix Point Loma – San Diego, CA

Join us at Yoga Six Point Loma for a restorative sound bath experience infused with yoga-based meditation, rhythmic drumming, and the healing tones of crystal singing bowls.

We’ll begin with light breathwork to ground the body, followed by a guided meditation. Then, settle in as you’re surrounded by resonant frequencies from bowls, drums, and layered sound textures designed to release stress, balance your nervous system, and drop you into a meditative state. Relax and reset before turkey day and the start of the holiday season!

100% of donations from this event will support a local orphanage as part of a cancer survivors yoga retreat, of which the sound bath guide, Tristan, is an alumnus and survivor. Donations are not required to attend, but are truly greatly appreciated.

Yoga Six at Liberty Station is behind the Trader Joe’s & Cold Stone Creamery. This session will be held indoors in the studio (not on the lawn), creating a quiet, cozy environment ideal for sound healing.
