Welcome to NIES 2025 November Tasting!
We’ll focus on Columbia Valley wines this month with Revelry Vintners who began their journey with wine in 2005. It’s a real treat to have the winemaker and founder Jared Burns join us. We’ll be tasting a sampling of the wines he’s tirelessly refined over the years. Their Columbia Valley Collection strives to create wines that rival much more expensive offerings. They have also created a single vineyard AERIALS™ Series. Eight wines that focus on a specific vineyard and single grape clone to create a pure representation of the source with each wine. What an opportunity! Paired appetizers will be served and if you choose, you can purchase the wines tasted at special discounted pricing.
