Led by Stephanie, a trauma-informed psychic medium, multidimensional energy and light language healer, Usui and Holy Fire Reiki Master, and somatic restorative practitioner, this journey is created for those seeking grounded release, clarity, and spiritual nourishment.
Through a gentle blend of restorative yoga, intuitive somatic movement, light language and sound healing, meditative journeying, and quantum energy work, you’ll be held in a safe, sacred space to soften, surrender, and reconnect with your whole self.
