Join us for the joyous and delicious annual celebration of ThanksLiving at Farmer Mike’s U-Pick of Bonita Springs! Indulge in a variety of nourishing plant-based dishes, bursting with flavor and goodness. Experience the power of community as we come together to share stories, laughter, and love. This fully vegan + plant based FREE event takes place the day before traditional Thanksgiving!
The FUN consists of a pot luck lunch among likeminded friends + our group will venture into the fields for paid strawberry picking for dessert! YUM
We will eat, socialize and sit at picnic tables that feature a covered roof to shade from the sun ☀️

It’s a food standard that can, in good conscience, be called healthy and will not cause intentional harm to your body… the way all food should be!
To participate in the pot luck each attendee should please bring a HVF compliant dish to share among approx 4 to 6 people. You can either make one or buy one. We have LOTS of recipe ideas here on our non-profit site: https://aplantbaseddiet.org/healthy-recipes/ Just please be certain the Healthy Vegan Food requirements are met + bring a written / printed list of ingredients to display alongside of your dish ( if prepared food ) + a utensil for serving your dish. Cut raw whole fresh fruit and / or veggies are very much welcome as a dish!
Please also BYO plate, personal eating utensils and napkins ( reusable and compostable are preferred ).
Please also bring serving utensils so that your dish can be shared with others.
For drinks please BYO water or Farmer Mike’s has beverages available for purchase.
After our yummy, energy enhancing lunch we’ll walk into the fields for a super fun experience to pick your own strawberries and get aerobic exercise!!! Each of us will weigh our strawberries at the cashier to pay individually before heading back to our picnic area for dessert. Please be sure to wear appropriate footwear and sun protection.
