SOD-O Holiday Party at Acqua al 2 – Annapolis – Annapolis, MD

Welcome to the 2025 SOD-O Holiday Party! Join us for a dinner and celebration at Acqua al 2 – Annapolis. The event begins at 2:00pm with a unique tour of the Maryland State House in the center of State Circle. We will meet in the main hall on the 2nd floor under the rotunda. This will be followed by a group photo and small group tours of the closed-to-the-public Capitol Dome and exterior Catwalk with stunning views of historic Annapolis. Street parking will be available and the Calvert Street Garage will be open for parking 2 blocks northwest of the State House just off of Bladen Street.

Return to the hotel to change into uniforms/formalwear and the van will begin shuttling people back downtown at 5:45pm. Social hour and dinner will take place from 6pm-9pm with food service beginning around 7pm. A special holiday guest is rumored to be attending for the kids!

From 9pm-10pm the bar will remain open but guests are also invited to check out Harold Black, Annapolis’ newest speakeasy in the basement of the Acqua al 2 building.

Dinner Attire: ASU with bow tie for current/serving members and alumni and civilian formalwear for retirees and guests.
