Step into the Hero Boy’s house where you be transported in to THE POLAR EXPRESS™ movie. Experience the Hero Boy’s journey for yourself via a variety of magical adventures culminating at the North Pole – where Santa awaits!
Along the way, you’ll encounter familiar faces from the film, such as the Conductor, the Hobo, Smokey and Steamer, and of course Santa himself! 

At the North Pole you can unwind and enjoy a delicious complimentary hot chocolate in Santa’s workshop while you help Santa prepare for the big day! Lap Infants
A child under the age of two who can sit on an adult’s lap during various performances and throughout the experience are free of charge. You can add as many as you need at the checkout stage in the add ons section. 

Wheelchair tickets are avaialable on the hour every hour, this includes a free of charge carer ticket when purhcasing a wheelchair ticket. Please note maximum door width is 900mm wide so your wheelchair must fit through this. 

Essential Carer tickets are available on the hour every hour, which are discounted at 50%
