We welcome people of all ages to join us for a night of free form expression to a live DJ set. We aim to create a safe space for intergenerational play and redical self-expression.

Our warm up this week is an introductory Contact Improvisation (CI) session. You’ll explore movement through weight-sharing, physical contact and spontaneous interaction. No prior experience is needed—just a curiosity to connect with others. Come discover how CI fosters trust, presence, and embodied creativity in a supportive environment!

As soon as you enter the space, you are invited to let go of judgements and expectations, and allow yourself to feel your emotions, sensations, body, mind, and spirit. Because this is a safe space for movement and expression, we do request that you follow the three main guidelines: no shoes (and wear comfy clothes), no booze (or any drugs), no talking (body language only).
