No other event in H-Town offers the scintillating wordplay of veteran wordsmiths and hometown heroes Se7en the Poet, and Dr. Bar None, as well as a bevy of talented artists who continue to blaze the mic, leaving audiences wanting more. Not to be outdone, in between mind-blowing lyricism, DJ El Guapo mans the turntables, livening both party and poetry.
There are two shows every Sunday: Early Show – Doors open at 1pm, show starts at 2pm. Late Show – Doors open at 6pm, show starts at 7pm.
