Class Experience

Indulge in an elegant culinary experience with this hands-on cooking class, where you’ll create a seasonal three-course menu perfect for entertaining. Start with a velvety Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque, then master the art of Salmon en Croûte—flaky pastry wrapped around tender salmon—served with a luscious Dill Cream Sauce. Finish on a sweet note with a comforting Cranberry-Orange Bread Pudding. Along the way, build confidence in roasting, pastry techniques, sauce-making, and crafting refined yet approachable desserts.

Skills and Techniques Learned:

• Safely peeling, seeding, and cubing butternut squash

• Roasting vegetables to deepen flavor for soups

• Working with puff pastry, including rolling and sealing

• Crafting a custard base for bread pudding

Classes are approximately 90 mins- 2 hours

Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose “ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately. We apologize for the inconvenience.
