Happy Winter Solstice, Friends!!! And Welcome to 2026!!!

In this time of honoring the darkness, let us not forget that our inner illumination shines brighter when we light the way for others. Showing up exactly who you are, over and over again- even when it’s hard- that’s the inner work, reconciliation of the darkness in the light.

When Stone Soup began in November of 2023, I couldn’t have known how incredibly special, deeply fulfilling, and uniquely sustainable our monthly circles would become. I’m amazed by what I witness every month, and how our metaphorical “soup” never fails to fill me up!

That’s right- Stone Soup Community Circles is celebrating our TWO YEAR anniversary!!! That’s twenty-four consecutive months of AUTHENTICITY, FRIENDSHIP, SHARING, LEARNING, TRUTH, CREATIVITY, LAUGHTER, MYSTERY, BRAVERY, CYCLES, SILLINESS, SYNCHRONICITIES, TEARS, GENEROUSITY, JOY, and DELIGHT. <3 <3 <3

Twenty-four months of honest, meaningful, vulnerable connection in community, and I couldn’t be more proud. In a world that’s becoming increasingly less familiar, together we have created something truly magickal.

Let’s reunite for one last time in 2025, socialize, share food, and reflect on how Stone Soup has impacted you over the past two years, as we welcome in a brand new cycle in 2026.

Bring your favorite potluck dish to serve about 10-12, and favorite shelf stable food/treat to donate to Equinox’s food bank. (So, like, not the expired can of corn in the back of your cabinet! Haha!) Please label your potluck dish with appropriate ingredient list,

(ie. vegetarian/vegan/glutenfree/with dairy/nuts/soy/beef/pork/poultry/etc).

We’ll spend an hour or so snacking, socializing, enjoying each other’s company, and then gather for our last circle of the year. This month’s circle will be a little looser, less formal than usual. Feel free to share your current art/joy/obsession with the group, or maybe just speak about how you’ve grown with Stone Soup over the past two years. <3

Here’s the basis of our monthly circles:

Each month will have a different theme, based on the above astrological weather.

Come to circle prepared to share something with the group- it can be anything- a poem you wrote, piece of artwork, a craft, baked treats, homemade incense, oracle cards, a meditation, a dream, a story, psychic synchronicities, dance, movement, breathwork, teas, tinctures, wear a costume- literally ANYTHING that your heart wants to express, related to the Astro weather. Then, you vulnerably share this in our circle. Everyone gets a chance to contribute their own “ingredient,” so each circle will be different, every circle will be fun!

(**Note, we are not making literal soup. Usually. :))

We know- it’s incredibly scary to put yourself out there and share part of your innermost self. The high sensations that come with showing up this way are part of the medicine- part of the magick we will create together! This is how you manifest your desires. Face your fears, and do it anyway!

(Disclaimer: We understand that you may not be ready/able to prepare and share EVERY circle. Sometimes it’s appropriate to show up and say “All I have to contribute today is my presence and my witnessing.” But still show up! If it becomes a habit and people are consistently showing up without contributing, admins will gently reach out with encouragement to participate greater.)
