Emily leads Detox to Retox once a month at The Foxhole. Her classes are designed for all levels! Your ticket includes an hour of yoga, followed by a delicious cocktail or mocktail at Hotel Tango. Bring your friends, family, or come alone. It’s a wonderful community. If you have a yoga mat please bring one, I also have extras. Hope to see you there!
