Grilled Cheese Challenge on Flagler Avenue! at Check-In Tent For the NSB Grilled Cheese Challenge – New Smyrna Beach, FL

Stroll down to Flagler Avenue for our annual New Smyrna Beach Grilled Cheese Challenge! Taking place on Sunday, December 28th, 2025 from 1pm – 5pm. Patrons will be able to eat multiple tasty samples of mini Grilled Cheese’s, at host locations along Flagler Avenue. During the event, tasters can vote for their favorite Grilled Cheese creations and the winning hosts will receive the “Best at the Beach” awards! Participation is $20 and is sure to be the cheesiest event yet!

Like other food challenges along Flagler Avenue in New Smyrna Beach, the NSB Grilled Cheese Challenge, patrons use their tasting passports to visit the host sites and taste one sample of Grilled Cheese prepared in multiple styles. Tasting passports can be picked up at the “Welcome Porch”, located at 401 Flagler Avenue, the corner of S. Cooper Street and Flagler Avenue intersection on the day of the event.

DAY OF, CASH ONLY – LIMITED PASSPORTS will be for sale on the day of the event, starting at 12:30pm, however, we strongly suggest pre-ordering your passport here on Eventbrite as WE WILL SELL OUT!
