Each reservation includes our full Sundae Bar – design your own delightful sundaes in the comfort of your private heated igloo.

Each experience includes:

• 2 quarts of your favorite Creamery ice cream flavors

• 6 jumbo chocolate chip cookies

• Gourmet candy toppings & whipped cream

• Sundae cups & spoons

• An Ice Cream Truck Take-Home Box so you don’t waste one delicious bite

• 2 pints of your favorite Creamery ice cream flavors to take home

Ticket Details:

• One ticket = One Igloo Experience (up to 6 guests, only ONE ticket is needed per group)

• 45 minute private experience + take-home Ice Cream Truck with 2 pints of your choosing

• Optional Signature Hot Cocoa add-on available at checkout

Creamery Igloos Information & Policies

• ONE ticket is needed per group (up to 6 people).

• Creamery Locations: Homer Glen, Lombard, Sandwich

• Guest Limit: 6 people per igloo (lap babies not counted).

• Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in with our team at the register. Your time slot begins promptly at your reservation time. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed extra time in the igloo.

• Time: Each experience lasts for 45 minutes.

• Attire: Although our igloos are heated, we recommend standard outdoor winter attire while in the igloos for the most comfortable experience.

• Allergies: Please note any allergies at booking. We will do our best to accommodate, though cross-contamination risk exists due to nut products in shop. Vegan ice cream is available!

• Flashing Lights Warning: Our light show includes flashing effects; please advise if this may affect your group.

• Cancellation & Transfer Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days in advance for a full refund. Within 7 days, reservations are non-refundable, but may be transferred in the event of an emergency. To request a transfer, please email vsisk@ourcreamery.com with the subject line TRANSFER, and include your current reservation date, time + location along with your preferred new date + time.

• Late Policy: Your experience ends 45 minutes after your reservation start time, regardless of your arrival time.

• Pet policy: Not permitted in igloos for sanitary reasons.

• Handicapped Accessibility: Guests with disabilities should indicate their needs in the open text part of your reservation. We are happy to accommodate!
