Celebrate the holiday season at Poppy’s, the newly reimagined restaurant inside Hilton Anaheim. Led by Executive Chef Prabeen Prathanpan, Poppy’s blends modern California flavors with the warmth and comfort of Christmas, just steps from the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland® Resort.
This year’s Holiday Dinner Special, priced at $75, features a rosemary-scented American wagyu fillet served with celeriac mash, grilled broccolini, and a classic sauce Diane, with the option to add fresh shaved Périgord truffle. The dish will be available during dinner service from 2 PM to 10 PM beginning December 24 and continuing through New Year’s Eve, served alongside the regular dinner menu. Poppy’s will also remain open throughout the week for breakfast and lunch.
