Kick off New Year’s Eve with dinner in Rustic Root’s main dining room, open from 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM, before heading upstairs for an elevated rooftop celebration in the heart of San Diego’s vibrant Gaslamp District.

Premier Rooftop Tables

$200–$1,000 Minimum

Ring in the New Year with an exclusive rooftop table designed for a memorable NYE experience. Perfect for celebrating with friends, these premier tables offer city views, handcrafted cocktails, and an unforgettable atmosphere.

A limited menu of chef-selected bites and a full bar with bottle service will be available throughout the evening.

Rooftop Table Details

• Ideal for groups of 2–15 guests
• Table minimums range from $200–$1,000 (pre-tax & service charge)
• 20% service charge added to all NYE checks
  100% of the service charge goes directly to the service team
• Deposit of $75–$250 required and applied toward the final food & beverage total
• Deposits are fully refundable if canceled by December 28
