Injera is a traditional icon of Ethiopian Cuisine ! Dating back thousands of years it has a rich history passed on from generation to generation.
In this fun and casual class you will have the opportunity to make Injera bread for yourself ! Presented by Altus Ethiopian Cusine and Yess Ethiopia, you will both enjoy an amazing meal and get to know more about a unique African Culture !
Lunch will be included at no additional cost. We will also share a Coffee Ceremony and Ethiopian Music. All at your home away from home, Altus !
