Listening Room is a monthly series presented by Ic3y Mag and hosted in Foil Gallery’s immersive space. Each session invites you to experience a full-length album, from start to finish, in a collective and intentional way.

For this edition, we’re diving into Selected Ambient Works 85–92 by Aphex Twin. A foundational electronic record that feels intimate, weightless, and quietly radical. Built from simple drum machines, looping melodies, and soft analog textures, the album exists somewhere between memory and dream.

There are no lyrics to follow. No story spelled out. Just repetition, space, and emotion slipping in slowly. Some moments feel warm and nostalgic, others distant and uncanny. It’s music that rewards stillness and deep listening.
Phones off. Eyes closed. Let time blur.
