Join us for an unforgettable evening of pasta making, Italian-style! In this hands-on class, you’ll craft two traditional pasta doughs: one in the Southern Italian style made with durum wheat, and the other in a Northern style with grano tenero flour and eggs. You’ll learn the unique techniques behind each and finish the night by enjoying your creations with your choice of one of our house-made sauces.
