DAY 1 — Women Who Whiskey

Thursday, January 15 | 6:30–9:30 PM

Presented by Roxanne’s Inc. & Willie’s Tin Shop Distillery

Ladies first… and this night is not for the casual crowd.

Your evening begins with a welcome cocktail reception and elevated charcuterie inside Willie’s Banquet Room, setting the tone for what’s to come. From there, you’ll step into LA County’s largest distillery for a guided tasting that includes the exclusive release of the triple-distilled “Cyclone Racer” a bottle most people won’t touch for months.

The night continues with a whiskey cocktail menu crafted by French-trained Chef Barman Ricardo Pulido, followed by Speakeasy Spirits Trivia, where whiskey knowledge turns into serious swag.

This is not a class.
This is not a bar crawl.
This is a high-end whiskey night for women who know their pour and want the kind of Thursday people talk about on Monday.

DAY 2 — The Art of Blending

DAY 3 — The Art of Whiskey

An Elevated Day of Flavor, Fire & Soul

Step into Whiskey Wonderland, where smooth whiskey, slow smoke, live blues, line dancing, and rich cigars collide.

Guests will experience a curated whiskey tasting featuring selections from multiple premium brands, including exclusive and limited releases. Select bottles will be available for pre-order in advance and for purchase on-site, allowing guests to take home their favorites from the event.

Live blues performances bring the night to life with raw guitar, deep grooves, and timeless sound — the perfect soundtrack to whiskey in hand and smoke in the air.

Featured food comes from Battambong BBQ, the legendary Cambodian-influenced Texas-style pop-up from Long Beach, led by pitmaster Chad “The Cambodian Cowboy” Phuong. Expect slow-smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, tri-tip, spiced house sausages, banh mi-style BBQ sandwiches, loaded nachos, and bold fusion sides.

On the patio, enjoy cigars with The Rox Cigar Syndicate — one of the very few cigar-friendly experiences in Long Beach where you can legally enjoy a cigar with your cocktail. Whether you’re seasoned or just starting out, you’re welcome in the culture.
