23rd – “Gin” – If you don’t think you like Gin, you’ve probably tried the wrong one. Or, maybe not had the right Gin Cocktail. Discover the world of Gin and what makes this amazing spirit so special!

30th – “Whiskey” – Explore the different styles of whiskey around the world (American Bourbon, Rye, Irish, Japanese and Scotch) Learn flavor profiles and make a cocktail with one of your favorites.

6th – “Vodka” – Not all vodka is the same and believe it or not some even have taste! Vodka cocktails can be modified …..

13th – “Mixology Date Night” – Drinks for lovers, or haters, we don’t judge. Chocolate covered cherries and rose bouquets aren’t just meant for cliché gifts. Perfect for date night!

20th – “Mardi Gras” – Shake, stir, and celebrate Mardi Gras as you learn to craft festive cocktails inspired by the flavors and spirit of New Orleans. This lively, hands-on class covers classic techniques, local ingredients, and party-ready drinks perfect for Fat Tuesday and beyond.

13th – “Rum” – Explore the world of rhum, the history, lore and facts about this sweet spirit. We’ll dive into some Tiki cocktails along our journey too!

20th – “First Day of Spring” – Welcome the first day of spring with a refreshing cocktail class focused on bright flavors, fresh herbs, and seasonal ingredients. Learn to mix light, vibrant drinks that capture the energy of spring and are perfect for warm-weather entertaining.

27th – “Tequila” – Learn to make the perfect classic Margarita and a modern classic as well as tasting through Blanco, Reposado, and Anejo.
