Chip’s 40th Birthday Talent Show Eleganza Extravaganza at Greenfinch Theater & Dive – St. Louis, MO

Chip is turning 40-years-old in human years! To celebrate, he rented out the Greenfinch bar and theater on January 16h from 6pm-midnight so his friends, partners, family, and strangers could perform for him in Chip’s 40th Birthday Talent Show Eleganza Extravaganza!

Do you

• Sing?
• Dance?
• Do drag?
• Spin plates?
• Create incredible spreadsheets?

He wants to see you take the stage and do it! There is no talent too dumb, too unpolished, too boring, too weird, too amazing, or too much for this event! (The bar will be available to purchase some liquid courage.)

Trophies, monetary prizes, and bragging rights will be given for each of the following categories:

• Performance Chip wants to see again
• Performance that Chip thought was the weirdest or wildest
• Performance that Chip least expected

The Greenfinch will open to attendees at 6pm. Performers can let Chip know before January 16th via text, email, or other messaging or let the designated person at the event know what they need. (Mic? Music? Video?) We’ll have access to the sound system and microphones for audio needs as well as the projection screen for visual needs. (Please note The Greenfinch does not allow glitter or confetti.) The show starts at a gay 8pm.

Asking his friends to perform for him is already a big ask. But, he’s also asking, in leiu of birthday gifts, please donate to support the gender affirming surgery of local t-boy, Elliot. Elliot has seen so many roadblocks and so much gatekeeping while pursuing top surgery. To ease the financial burden, we’re setting a goal of $1,000. Elliot will be at the celebration, too, so we can do a toast to his bright future!
