Cooking Class: A Bistro in Montmartre – BYOB
Embark on a tasty journey to bring the flavors of our Spring Bistro right to your home! Learn from our awesome chefs how to make these yummy dishes.
Menu:
- Asparagus Wrap with Homemade Boursin: Try this fancy appetizer with fresh asparagus wrapped in creamy homemade Boursin cheese. Every bite is packed with flavor!
- Croque Monsieur with Truffle oil: Enjoy a special twist on a classic French sandwich. It’s filled with gooey cheese, tasty ham, and a touch of luxurious truffle oil, all toasted to perfection!
- Spinach Salad: Fresh spinach topped with orange supremes and nuts, finished with a homemade Dijon vinaigrette.
- Crème Brûlée : Savor this classic French dessert, with a smooth vanilla-infused custard beneath the signature caramelized sugar crust
About the Class:
- Get ready to dive in and work together in teams of 2.
- Our classes are small, with only 14 students, so you’ll get lots of help from our chefs during the 2-hour session.
- Don’t worry about remembering everything—we’ll send you all the recipes so you can make them again at home!
- And feel free to bring your favorite drink to sip on while you cook (BYOB). Let’s make cooking fun and delicious!
