FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- What’s the refund policy? Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Ticket sales are non-refundable and refunds will not be given for any reason. However, tickets may be transferred to another attendee for the same event. Participants are responsible for their own transfers and any exchange of money. Thank you for understanding and adhering to this policy.
- Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Ticket holders must be at least 21 years of age to attend the event. A valid photo ID will be required for entry.
- How will seating work for the VIP event? We are not able to reserve seating or tables for ticket holders. Seating for the The Sober Collective will be communal Beer Garden style-seating. We will also have high top tables set up for guests to enjoy.
- Can I bring my own food or drinks? No outside food or beverages will be permitted for any reason.
- Is there reserved parking for ticket holders? Parking is not included in the ticket. Parking will be first come, first serve. Wicked Barley has a private parking lot and any surrounding parking is park at your own risk. We highly recommend utilizing a rideshare program like Uber or Lyft.
- What if it rains? Is inside seating allowed? The event will continue rain or shine. The Sober Collective takes place in the outdoor Beer Garden ONLY. Seating inside the taproom will NOT be available for The Sober Collective guests.
