Every year on my birthday, I love giving back to a cause close to my heart — and this year, I’m inviting you to join me! Join me at the Meadowlands Area YMCA for a 90-minute, fun-filled night of Zumba, good vibes, and community spirit.
All proceeds from this event will be donated directly to Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA). Did you know that nearly 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. experience a mental health condition each year, and that it can take almost 10 years for someone living with bipolar disorder to receive an accurate diagnosis?
Together, we can help reduce stigma and create visibility for an often invisible struggle, shining a light on the importance of compassion, understanding, and mental health advocacy.
So bring a friend, lace up your sneaks, and let’s party for a great cause!
