Barbara Chen is a North Wales, PA–based singer-songwriter crafting music that blends rich theology with timeless, melodic beauty. In 2025, she won the Southern Baptist Church Music Conference Songwriting Competition for her original hymn To Follow Christ, and has since performed at national Christian music conferences including Sing! and The Guild, as well as local Philadelphia venues. Her debut single, Patient Father, is a devotional worship song that invites listeners to slow down, rest, and realign their hearts with Christ.
