Family Friendly Activity – Radio “Fox Hunt” at Celebration Park (meet at Tennis Courts) – Allen, TX
Don’t miss this upcoming event in Allen, TX. Happening on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Celebration Park (meet at Tennis Courts). Doors open at 9:00 AM.
Bring your family and join us in a fun activity to help you learn how you can be more prepared in an emergency. We will be using handheld HAM radios to hunt for the “radio foxes” that will be hidden at the park that morning. If you have a hand-held HAM radio please bring it (VHF and UHF) to use that morning. But we will be in groups and a radio is not required to participate. Children must be accompanied by an adult. All are welcome but this may be best suited for kids 8 and up. Meet at the north end of the tennis courts at Celebration Park in Allen (near Rivercrest and Malone).
